Reading Challenge - Battle of the Books II

Reading Challenge is a reading competition for 7th and 8th graders who attend school in the Niles Public Library District. All you have to do is find 4-6 people to be on your team, make up a name and get an adult to sponsor your team. If you aren’t sure if your school is in the district, please ask! If you are home-schooled and live in the Niles Library District, you can make a team, too. If you need help completing a team of four, contact the Youth Services Department for assistance.

Register your team between October 1 and February 1 at the library. Read from the 2008 Reading Challenge list and be ready to compete in March and April.

All Reading Challenge participants will be invited to a pizza party after the last meet. The winning team will be picked up at school in a limousine and taken out to lunch at the restaurant of their choice!
