Get ready for Halloween at the Niles Public Library! We're offering a great selection of spooky programs for everyone in your family. Click on the link for more information and to register (if necessary).

Hitchcock Classic Film Festival
This movie-viewing spectacle is coming at you in four bone-chilling parts.

Tuesday, October 14th at 10 am: Notorious (1946, Not Rated)

Tuesday, October 21st at 2 pm: Dial M for Murder (1954, PG)

Monday, October 27th at 6:30 pm: Psycho (1960, R) Afterwards: 8:30 pm: Concluding Discussion

Spooky Saturday

Grades 1-4
Children are welcome to listen to spooky stories, enjoy some sugary treats, and trick-or-treat in the library as they show off their Halloween costumes.

Halloween Delights & Frights
Sun., Oct. 26, 2pm
Teens can come in to create ghoulish goodies and creepy crafts.

Boo Time
Tues., Oct. 28, 6:30-7:30pm
Ages 3-7 with a grownup
Come to a program of Halloween stories and crafts. Wear a costume if you like.

Halloween Bibliobop at Dee Park
Fri., Oct. 31, 11:30am
Join us at Dee Park in Des Plaines for a special Halloween dance party DJ’d by Miss Cate! Costumes are optional, but we’d love to see all the little ghosts and princesses twirling around!
