Tech Time for Job Seekers and Other Adult Learners

Everyone needs computer skills today. Come to the Technology Lab to use Lynda.com to update your computer abilities or just come in to practice. You can use our computers or bring your own computer or tablet. Stay for the full session or just as long as you need. Staff will be on hand to assist. No Registration – but seats are limited to 12.

Windows 8.1 for Beginners

Learn about Windows 8.1 as the Microsoft experts from local technology company, FireLogic, provide a full overview of how to navigate, utilize, and ultimately benefit from the changes that Windows 8.1 provides. Outlook.com - Email for Beginners

This is a hands-on interactive lecture by the tech experts from FireLogic. Outlook.com, formerly Hotmail, is Microsoft's FREE email service with unlimited storage and modern messaging features.
This class will be broadcast simultaneously live on-line from the on-site class at the Library. Registrants for the on-line session must include an email address to receive information to connect.
Time will be allowed for Q and A.

Adult Computer Beginner Boot Camp

This 4 week training session meets Thursday evenings in September and one evening in October. Learn to use the mouse, keyboard, search the internet, and begin using email. Registering for the Sept 11 session reserves your seat for all 4 Tuesdays. There is no individual session registration.
