Fine Free Library

As of April 1, 2020, the Library is no longer charging overdue fines on late materials except for Rokus and hotspots.

By going fine free, the Library can more fully pursue its mission to engage, inform, enrich, and educate without financial barriers; the Library is for all.

Cardholders are still responsible for returning items and paying for any lost or damaged materials.

Note: The Library has stopped accruing fines since it temporarily closed due to COVID-19.

How Does This All Work?

You will still be able to borrow the same amount of materials as before and will not incur any overdue fines.

If materials aren’t returned by their due date, at two weeks past the due date you'll find that you won’t be able to use your library card to checkout materials and utilize online resources. Just return the borrowed materials and your good standing status will be restored.
