It’s Cooler in the Forest

Location: Bunker Hill Grove 1 (Enter off Caldwell or Harts Road)
Ages 8-12
A Forest Preserve guide will lead us in some awesome activities. Closed toed shoes required. Dress to get dirty. In partnership with the Cook County Forest Preserves. REGISTER

Get Out and Play!
Monday, July 18, 6-7 p.m. (In-Person)
Location: Dee Park
Grades K-6 with Caregiver through Grade 2
Let’s play! We’ll bring the equipment and you’ll bring comfy clothes. Get ready to run around and play some classic games! REGISTER

Bilingual Music & Bubbles for Littles
Saturday, July 30, 10-10:45 a.m. (In-Person)
Location: Dee Park
Ages 2 & Up With Caregiver
We’ll sing and dance to the music of Little Parade and enjoy bubbles. This program will be in English and Spanish. Speakers of all languages are welcome. REGISTER

Project Playbill Rehearsals
Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, July 1-July 29, 1-3 p.m. (Virtual & In-Person)
Grades 7-12
Collaborate with other teens to write and perform an original short play then stage a livestream performance for the community. Earn service hours for participating. Rehearsals will be a hybrid format, with writing sessions taking place virtually, and acting sessions taking place in-person. REGISTER

Nature Walk 
Friday, July 15, 3-5 p.m. (In-Person)
Location: Miami Woods Grove 1
Grades 7-12
We’ll learn about native plants and animals and even work on a fun nature scavenger hunt together. Don’t forget your comfortable shoes! REGISTER

Campfire Storytime 
Friday, August 12, 5-7 p.m. (In-Person)

Grades 7-12
Gather around the campfire to hear some stories and eat s’mores. Halal marshmallows will be available. REGISTER
