Computers

Available Computers

All computers have Internet access and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher).

Adult are temporarily located on the Third Floor. Teen computers are located on the Lower Level in the Teen Underground.

Computers for young kids are located in KidSpace on the Main Level.

WiFi

Free WiFi is available inside and outside the Library. Connect your mobile device by selecting the “nileslibrary” network. No password required.

Scan & Fax

There is a SimpleScan station located on the Lower Level. Instructions on the touch screen will guide you through the process.

The SimpleScan lets you:

  • Scan to USB
  • Scan to Email
  • Scan to Google Drive
  • Scan to Fax (No charge)

Print & Copy

Print/copy stations are located in the KidSpace, Commons, and Third Floor Reference areas. Print jobs sent from the library computers can be released at any print/copy station.

All copiers have the ability to print double-sided and oversize copies (legal and tabloid sizes).

Printing costs are:

  • Black/White: 10¢ per page side
  • Color: 25¢ per page side

VHS to DVD Conversion

Our VHS to DVD converter can convert your old VHS tapes to DVD format.

Patrons are responsible for their tape during the entire process, including finalizing the disc.
