Homebound Delivery

Homebound Delivery is available for Niles-Maine cardholders who are unable to come to the Library because of a short or long term disability or health problem.

Our friendly Outreach staff will assist you with your choice of library materials and visit you on a four week delivery schedule.

To arrange for delivery service, fill out the form below, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

Are you interested in receiving library materials through our homebound delivery service? Submit the application below and the Outreach Department will contact you to review your application. I wish to apply for the Homebound Delivery Service from the Niles-Maine District Library, which serves residents of the Library District who cannot make it to the Library.
