Business Library Card Application

Businesses located in the Library District may sign up for a Niles-Maine library card. Get access to more than 500,000 materials and over 50 online resources. The Library District includes Niles, Unincorporated Des Plaines, and Unincorporated Glenview.

Please note that the owner, president, or director of the business must fill out the form below.

After you fill out the form, we will email you your card number within 48 hours. We will also mail you a physical library card with the same card number.
