Announcing an exciting new program at Niles-Maine District Library! For this program, 20 patrons will be selected to participate in the Library’s new Learn-to-Own Chromebook program. At the conclusion of learning period, and after successful completion of a computer skills assessment, select patrons will receive a brand-new Chromebook computer to keep with no strings attached.

If you need a personal computer, please fill out the form below. Participants will be chosen based on need and availability to commit to learning sessions.

  • Participating patrons will be contacted via their preferred method of communication.
  • Learning sessions will be scheduled at times that work best for patrons and Library staff.
  • The Learn-to-Own device distribution program is open to Niles-Maine cardholders who are age 18 or older. Limit one device distributed per household.
