Patrons can request an individual technology or Creative Studio Maker Space appointment with a member of the Digital Services staff. To request an appointment, please fill out the form below. If you are not able to complete the form, please call the Tech Desk at 847-663-6606.
Appointments will be scheduled based on staff availability. Please note that staff cannot fix or repair devices. Patrons are limited to a maximum of two appointments per month. Your appointment is not officially booked until it has been confirmed by a staff member by phone or email.
24-hour advance notice is required for all appointments.
