Material Donations Update

The Niles-Maine District Library will no longer accept donations of materials of any kind beginning January 2, 2024. The Continuous Sale located in the Library’s Commons will continue to be stocked with items withdrawn from the Library’s collection.

Why Can’t I Donate Anymore?

There are limited options for sites accepting recycled materials
The condition and age of many donated items make them unsuitable for inclusion in the Library’s collection
