Niles-Maine District Library will be celebrating Earth Day 2025 in a big way on Sunday, April 13 with its first How-To Earth Day Festival.
Sounds intriguing, but what is it?
Good thing you asked! The How-To Earth Day Festival is a celebration of the earth and all of its wonderful elements. The festival will feature a number of stations offering how-to advice for taking care of our planet, in fun and exciting ways.

There will also be an informational table hosted by the Forest Preserves of Cook County where attendees will be able to discover interpretive materials and learn about conservation practices for taking care of our wonderful home.
