Seeking Proposals for Strategic Planning Services
The Niles-Maine District Library seeks proposals for professional strategic planning services. We aim to create a clear and actionable plan that aligns with our mission to engage, inform, enrich, and educate our community as we look toward the future. The selected partner will collaborate with our leadership team, staff, and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive strategic plan that will guide the library’s priorities and growth over the next five years.

Submission Details
Submit your proposal by Friday, October 4. We encourage all applicants to thoroughly review the RFP and send any questions to Executive Director Valerie Marshall at vmarshal@nileslibrary.org by close of business on Monday, September 30. This allows staff time to prepare written responses, as we will not accept questions by phone.
