Policy 3.19 Americans with Disabilities Act

  1. The Library Director is designated the staff member responsible for provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
  2. The Library establishes as policy the attached Americans With Disabilities Act Grievance Procedures. (See Appendices A and B)
